How we work with you

Children grow inside the texture of their own lives - at the kitchen table, on the playground, in the rush of getting out the door for school. That is exactly where our pediatric occupational therapists meet your child. OT by the Sea brings play-based, evidence-informed therapy directly into homes across West LA.

We support children with sensory processing differences, fine and gross motor delays, handwriting struggles, executive function gaps, and the daily living skills that quietly shape confidence - dressing, mealtimes, sleep, transitions. Our sessions look like play because that is how children learn best, but every game we choose has clinical reasoning behind it.

We work shoulder to shoulder with parents, teachers, pediatricians, psychologists, pediatric dentists, and sleep consultants across the greater Los Angeles area. We look at your child through a holistic lens - considering the full family dynamic, daily routines, and relationships at home - because the goals we set for your child only stick when they fit the life your family is actually living. You will never be handed a generic handout. Instead, you will leave each visit with two or three small, doable strategies that fit the way your family actually lives.

Care is concierge and private pay, with limited caseloads so each child receives consistent, deeply personalized attention from a therapist who truly knows them.
