How we work with you

Bringing a baby home is wondrous and overwhelming all at once. From the first latch to the first solid foods, feeding and early development can bring up worries that no pamphlet quite answers. OT by the Sea was founded to walk alongside families in West LA during this tender season - right in your own home, on your own timeline.

Our occupational therapists specialize in infant feeding, oral motor development, sensory regulation, and the everyday milestones of the first three years. We see your baby in the rocker where she actually nurses, on the rug where he actually rolls - never in a sterile clinic - so the strategies we share fit your real life.

We collaborate with the top pediatricians, IBCLCs, GI specialists, and pediatric dentists across the greater Los Angeles area. Whether you are working through a bottle refusal, navigating a tongue-tie release or whole body tension, processing a new diagnosis, or simply wondering if tummy time should look this way, we offer warm guidance grounded in years of clinical expertise.

Every plan begins with a free 20-minute consultation so we can listen first, understand your family's rhythm, and only then propose next steps that feel doable rather than daunting.
