How we work with you

We assist our clients in reaching goals related to jobs, volunteering, entrepreneurship, and community integration so they can be meaningful participants in their community and discover their passion and potential.

Our team also supports adults returning to work after injury or illness - rebuilding stamina, problem-solving accommodations, and partnering closely with employers so the transition back is steady and dignified.

We provide connections with community partners, employment readiness training, and interview preparation to give our clients the most ideal career opportunities and environments, and set them up for success. We welcome partnerships with school districts and the California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) to expand access for the clients and students they serve.
