ICE CREAM DREAM FELLOWSHIP
Ice Cream Dream by OT by the Sea is a six-week fellowship for young adults with disabilities to earn a stipend, while learning critical skills to secure a job, or start a small business. Individuals will participate in a variety of enrichment activities, including sales shifts at variable times during the day. Fellows will have the opportunity to transition to more advanced roles. We are partnering with sponsors and community organizations in Los Angeles, CA to make this dream a reality. Our fellows will have the ability to interact with community partners and build rewarding relationships.
Selection Process
1Complete Application
Complete your application, and upload your video introduction. Applicants must be 18 years, or older.
2Selection Interview
Selected candidates will be invited to participate in our fellowship interview process.
3Get Accepted
The chosen fellows will be notified of their acceptance, and contacted with next steps to commence the six-week fellowship.

These barriers could include a lack of access to education and training, discrimination, and limited inclusion. Consequently, many adults with disabilities are unable to find and keep jobs that allow them to support themselves and their families.
The Ice Cream Dream Fellowship is an innovative six-week program that aims to break down these barriers and empower young adults with disabilities to achieve greater levels of economic independence. The fellowship provides participants with the skills, resources, and support that they need to obtain employment or start their own businesses. Your support will help to ensure that the fellowship can continue to provide life-changing opportunities for young adults with disabilities. Together, we can make a sustainable difference in the lives of these talented individuals for years to come.
