Concierge fall prevention and home safety support for the home they love.

How we work with you

Most older adults will tell you the same thing: they want to grow old at home. OT by the Sea helps families across West LA make that wish a safe, sustainable reality. Our senior home safety program combines in-home occupational therapy with thorough home safety evaluations and fall prevention so your loved one can stay where they are most themselves.

We visit the home, walk every room, and look at the details that quietly drive falls and frustration - lighting in the hallway, the height of a favorite chair, the bath that has become a worry, the kitchen cabinet that is suddenly too high. From there we build a clear, prioritized aging in place plan that respects both safety and dignity.

Our therapists also support older adults recovering from a hospitalization, navigating a new diagnosis, or simply noticing that everyday tasks take more effort than they used to. We collaborate with primary care physicians, geriatricians, home health agencies, and adult children across Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice, and Mar Vista.

Care is private pay and concierge, with the same therapist visiting consistently so trust and rapport can build over time - something rushed agency models simply cannot offer.
